It’s February… a short but mighty month that holds Valentine’s Day right in the middle. February 14th – designated as the day you tell someone you love them. That started us thinking. Love, although truly powerful and important, it is such a “used” word. It seems like it’s everywhere, especially this month.
Start the new year out on a healthy note with Jean’s fresh and light quinoa pasta recipe. It’s easy to substitute any vegetable that you like, and make it just the way you like…you can’t go wrong.

We are in the process of creating all the time… every moment is an act of ingenuity and imagination, but sometimes we don’t give ourselves credit.
