As seen in this news story from WUSA9 featuring footage from a nearby boater, a toddler is lifted from the water by a Good Samaritin who jumped in the river to save them.
After a crash in Ocean City on Route 90, a man involved in the crash saw the toddler – still in their car seat – get thrown into the water. Without hesitating, he jumped off the 30 foot high bridge, grabbed the toddler and lifted the baby into the boat of another Good Samaritin who saw the accident and headed over to help.
