Hello friends, 

Well here we are, in that beautiful moment that is at the cusp of a season change.

Before we are officially in spring and when traditionally lent is observed is a good time to pause and think about where we are. Given the huge changes and shifts in dynamics we all have been navigating, it’s a perfect time to connect with our new landscape.

Pause.  Breathe. Connect.

We’ve made it so far. It’s truly unbelievable and a real testament to our human spirit.

Now what lies ahead?

Have our priorities changed?

What’s before us?

What will life be like?

What will normal look like?  

When we take stock we can also remember the power of forgiveness… for ourselves and for others. Allowing forgiveness to those experiences that were unwanted, challenging or painful is truly healing.

Connecting with where we are in this moment in time is key. To really take a look at the view before us… we have finally reached a place where we are close to or maybe even at the top of the mountain.

Let’s take a collective breath, connect and give ourselves a pat on the back for all the beautiful ways we showed up for ourselves and others.
