Have you ever heard of “tapping” as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?

According to The Tapping Solution, “Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful stress relief technique. Tapping is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

When we interviewed Scarlett Lewis, whose son was murdered at the Sandy Hook School shooting, she spoke of her deep grief and her desire to feel some relief. Fortunately, shortly after the time of the shooting, Nick Ortner (who lived nearby in Sandy Hook), offered his tapping technique to Scarlett as a means of assisting her move through her grief process. They have become fast friends every since.

Changes are just a tap away!

Nick Ortner is CEO of The Tapping Solution, LLC, a company with a mission to bring into the mainstream this simple, effective, natural healing method. According to The Tapping Solution,  “Nick’s goal is to empower people to create healthy, abundant and stress-free lives through his books, films, CDs, online events and speaking engagements attended by participants from all over the world.

In looking to release my own fear thoughts, I came across Nick Ortner. He has made a name for himself in the field of EFT with his book, The Tapping Solution (sold here) and when we spoke with Scarlett, we felt moved to reach out to Nick for an interview. He was so easy to talk to, so genuine, we felt a real sense of confidence and comfort in his words. We have signed up for his new App, which makes Tapping even more accessible and easier.

Here’s Nick speaking with us about the technique…

Thank you, Nick!
