A Pancake Recipe That Puts the Mmmm in Morning!
If any one really knows me, they know that I absolutely love pancakes! Although I don’t indulge in them frequently, when I do, here’s one of my all time favorite recipes – that actually originates from the glorious Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. I did tweak it as to not make so much batter, so the proportions are not exactly what the chef gave me….but it’s pretty darn close.
It only has a few ingredients, takes a couple of minutes to prepare and tastes so much better than box mix. The brown sugar and sour cream in this recipe make all the difference….its flavor is truly divine and can be served with maple syrup or whatever you traditional topping you love to put on your griddle cakes.
*I don’t recommend making these pancakes in advance, however you can freeze the leftover ones.
