Hello friends,
Happy New Year! We are excited to share this new website design with you and want to give a big thanks to Patti and Steve from Smacksmog for all their help!
2019 was a very encouraging year for us. The launch of insidewink was a true undertaking of positivity. I originally spoke with Alison about my desire to create a documentary on forgiveness. Then, Trish and I set out and filmed many spiritual leaders on the subject and Jeanette joined the team as an editor.
BIG LESSON HERE: Sometimes life has different plans!
And after meeting with Patti & Steve we all decided that a website – a living, changing, constant work in progress would get the mission of “sharing the good” out into the world on a regular basis.
Since our launch on 11/11/19, we have had the honor of posting articles from a wonderful wide array of diverse guest writers including M. Eileen Hickey, Elin Hampton, Bernie Shine, Pat Willson and the incredible Dr. Elvira Aletta – whose monthly words of wisdom and therapeutic advice have truly helped us all. We have highlighted artists such as Kathleen Noone, Cheryl Goettemoeller, Emilia Hagen and the wonderful nature photographer, Michelle Valberg, who is a fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographic Society. We have shared affirmations, my favorite recipes, our staff picks of products and much more.
Looking ahead…
This new website design and layout will feature a special section so we can highlight everyday heroes and charities. As we traveled through last year, we were awed by the amount of hope and goodwill being shared. These heroes and charities, helping in small and big ways, are changing lives on a daily basis. As the year goes on, we will also be focusing a little more on lifestyle – featuring monthly articles about gardening, education, beauty and home styling.
We want to be involved with our readers, so if you have an idea or a comment, please share it with us.
Thank you so much for supporting insidewink and we hope that you will share the good.
Much love,
Jean & Alison

I’m so glad I found your website. It inspires. And that’s something I need right now. I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease. The pain I’m living with is terrible. But I get up each day and fight it. I intend to share all the positivity I have found here on your site, with my daughters and my best friend.

I know as a truth student that you and your husband, sharing his very private illness with the world, can be no more than a blessing and hope to those who may be experiencing any level of cancer.
